Careers at Entocycle
We’re a team of change-makers, engineers and entomologists on a mission to accelerate a global transition to sustainable protein through insects, innovation and technology.
Our Values
-
Be Responsible
Take responsibility and try to leave things better than when you find them – whether that’s the planet, our office environment or a conversation with a teammate.
-
Listen More
Don’t react too quickly or make assumptions. Listen first, then respond – whether to teammates or customers. Be open with one another and honest with feedback.
-
Find A Better Way
Try new approaches and strive to continuously improve outcomes. Better to try and fail (and learn) than not to try at all.
-
No Egos
No matter your role, no one is too busy or important to pick up a broom when needed. Treat everyone with respect – the way you would want to be treated.
-
Hunt As A Pack
Ruthlessly focus as a team on the company’s objectives. Avoid working in silos, branch out for help and support. We’re one team, we eat and win together.
“If you want to play a positive part in the future of our planet, look no further than Entocycle”
